A list of hearings to be held at community court is published to the Ministry of Justice’s website each morning. The list is in Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need Adobe Reader
to view it.
Follow these steps to see the current community court list:

- Select “Criminal”.
- Read and accept the disclaimer.
- Select “Adult Court Lists” at the top of the page.
- Select “Downtown Community Court-Provincial Court List” to open the current list in PDF.
This list is not the official community court list. The information contained in it may be updated after it is posted. Only the most recent community court list of hearings is available online.
If you have been served a summons or otherwise notified by the community court you are to come to a court appearance, but your name does not appear on the posted court list, you must still come to court.
