Prolific Offender Management Project
Project Updates
During the pilot period for the prolific offender management project, updates will be published to this page to provide early results of the project. The first update outlines the goals of the pilot, provides information about the offender cohort, and provides some early results of the project.
After the conclusion of the pilot in 2010, the Centre for Applied Research in Mental Health and Addiction 
(CARMHA) at Simon Fraser University will provide a comprehensive evaluation of the project. The evaluation report will be made available on this page.
